Are CWC watches genuine military issue?
Yes, Cabot Watch Company (CWC) has been a contractor to H.M. forces for decades. Our watches are built to full Ministry of Defence specifications and have been issued to all branches of the British military.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship globally via tracked courier services. International orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films are still intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Do CWC watches come with a warranty?
Every new CWC watch comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers the movement and case integrity under normal usage conditions.
What type of battery do the quartz models use?
Most of our quartz G10 models use a standard 371 or 395 silver oxide battery. We include a battery hatch on the case back of many models for easy replacement without specialized tools.
Are your watches water resistant?
Yes, water resistance varies by model. Our G10 service watches are rated to 5ATM, while our specialized Divers' watches are rated to 30ATM (300 meters) and are suitable for professional diving.
